G8 Luxury Hotel Da Nang

good

It iwas in a good location. The staff were friendly especially the guy at the front desk/porter. The bed was comfortable and the room had a good view and was clean. I enjoyed the breakfast, there were good options.

No iron or ironing boards

Excellent clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet. Great breakfasts.

Location—not many restaurants nearby.

Excellent breakfast! Very kind staff Quiet and comfortable room

Very nice, big room, beautiful view of the entire city (16th floor), huge double bed, very comfortable bathroom, very helpful staff, delicious and diversified breakfast, great swimming pool with a great view (19th floor)

A bit dirty by the pool, especially glass walls, in such a hotel I would expect the staff to speak better English

My stay was pleasant and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the process was straightforward. One thing I really loved about my room was the bed—it was huge, easily fitting four people, but I had it all to myself. The hotel also has a restaurant and a bar, adding to the convenience. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I had no complaints about this place—everything was smooth and hassle-free. I was in and out with no issues.

When we pulled up in the taxi we were sure we were at the wrong place. It was very dark, the frontage wasn't lite up at all. We arrived about 10ish pm. Room service was closed. The carpets in common ways were stained. The actual room as ok. Breakfast was fine. But it's location was too far out of the action. We were booked for 3 nights but checked out after 1 night. Not what we expected from the pictures we had seen.

Mostly it was the location.

Clean

Too noisy for rooms facing main road. Should sound proof windows.

I value properties that are clean, well-maintained, and offer excellent value for money.

What I didn’t appreciate was being charged for a stain on the towel that wasn’t caused by us. In the future, I recommend thoroughly checking any towels before use. If you notice a stain, report it immediately to avoid any misunderstandings.

clean, spacious, beautiful, friendly staff..

Good bteakfast

Good location, walkable distance to the Han Market, close to shopping and restaurants. Staff helped book us into daily trips which went very smoothly. Very friendly staff from the security to the reception staff. Lovely hotel room, with adequate plug points, double bathroom and shower facilities.

The gym could have been stocked a bit better.

The room was excellent, with a nice view of the city. The staff is very kind and helpfull. A special thanks to Hiro and Helen.

Everything was OK.

The pool is really nice. Staff friendly. Hiro & Hana have exceptional customer service.

The location wasn’t as central as expected.

I liked it here nice rooms lovely staff. Small pool with great views.I had a great time in DaNang plenty to do. Rent bikes and explore the staff will sort that out for you. Breakfast was good too

Nothing negative to say

Location was convenient, easy to get public transport or GRAB

Facilities like gym and swimming pool were poorly maintained.Air condition isnt working well, there is no table or chairs in the room. Staff cant communicate well in English or Mandarin with us.

Good breakfast selection. Convenient location for investigating Danang. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The place is in the middle of the city and very accessible for the group tour. The area was quiet at night and the staff were very accommodating and easy to talk to... Breakfast was superb!!! Everyday changing the menu for the buffet. And thank you for the anniversary experience for me and for my partner

Big room, clean

Neighborhood is really dark, not vegetarian options, nor Halal foods.

Big comfortable bed and spacious room with a lovely view. Nice pool. Breakfast was good.

It was single glazed so quite noisy from traffic.
